Postnatal Doula Support in London

The fourth trimester is a tender, sacred time of becoming, and it deserves to be held gently.

The early days and weeks with a new baby are a mix of deep love and intense overwhelm. Needing help doesn’t mean you’re failing.

There’s a lot of pressure to bounce back or stay busy - you don’t have to. Slowing down, resting and letting others help is part of recovering well.

When all eyes turn to your baby, my focus is you. I’m here to hold space for everything you’re feeling, giving you the rest, emotional safety, practical help and nourishment you need to step into this new chapter with ease and quiet strength.

What’s included in Postnatal

  • Guidance on rest, self-care and recovery

  • Sharing evidence-based information and research around feeding, sleep and other areas of early parenthood

  • Signposting to trusted local professionals, parent groups and networks, to start creating your wider village

WhatsApp between visits, 9am to 6pm.

Night support

When you’re running on very little sleep, a full night can make all the difference. Please get in touch to ask about availability.
