Preparation, reassurance and guidance, wherever you are.
Some families choose virtual support because they live too far away. Others want a quiet birth with just the two of them, and feel most at ease with someone they trust a call away.
Wherever you are, in the UK or further afield, we get to know each other through your pregnancy, so when labour begins you have someone you know and trust on the other end of the phone.
We will prepare for your birth, work through your options and preferences, so the decisions you make feel like yours. When labour starts, I'll be with you and your partner virtually, in real time.
What’s included in Virtual Birth Doula Support
Everything in my Birth doula support, delivered virtually:
Three antenatal sessions via video call: two hours each, with extra support if you need it, covering your options, your rights, your birth preferences and comfort measures.
A birth preferences template and resources: birth preferences template, books, podcasts, research and birth films to explore in your own time.
Support throughout labour by phone or video call: calm, continuous support for you and your partner.
On call: from 10 days before your due date until 42 weeks.
A postnatal check-in: space to reflect on your birth and talk through feeding, early parenting, or whatever matters most, by video call.
A dedicated WhatsApp group for you and your partner: guidance, reassurance and emotional support whenever you need it, from the day we start working together until six weeks after your baby is born.
Who it's for
Accessible maternity care and birth rights are deeply important to me. I believe everyone deserves the same standard of care, regardless of background or circumstance. Support by phone and Zoom means distance doesn't have to stand in the way.

I share fees on a free discovery call, where I'll answer all your questions and we'll work out together whether we're a good fit.
